TRANSPONDER KEY-CODING INSTRUCTIONS

N.B.  The RED MASTER KEY CANNOT BE REPLACED.

 

Up to 4 keys plus the RED Master can be programmed into the Apollo 780.

 

Before commencing the programming procedure ensure that you have ALL the current keys and additional keys to hand as entry into the programming mode will automatically DELETE ALL the existing keys.

 

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Programming mode can only be entered into once the Immobiliser is ARMED.  Please follow these instructions carefully:

1. System must be Armed and LED flashing

2. Open the driver’s door and leave it open throughout the programming procedure.

3. Within 60 Seconds - Disarm the system by presenting the Red master key into range of the antenna and then remove the Master key from the antenna’s range (plus 15cms).

4. Before the LED starts to flash (within 5 seconds) commence the programming by turning the ignition ON and OFF 5 times, finishing with the ignition in the OFF position.

5. The LED will stop flashing and stay illuminated to show that the Immobiliser has entered the programming mode.

6. Within 10 seconds disarm the Apollo 780 with the Red Master key, the LED will go out showing the Immobiliser has entered the secondary programming mode.

7. Now within 10 seconds bring the all Black keys one by one into range of the antenna, the LED will flash once, then pause before flashing normally again to show acceptance of the black key.

8. Once all keys have been introduced (up to four 4) the Apollo 780 will exit programming mode automatically.  This will also happen if no keys are introduced within the 10 second period.

 

If you miss a step or make a mistake simply close the driver’s door wait 20 seconds and start again.
